Wow, where has the time gone! I’m still shocked that we are almost done with March!

A few notes about what is going on around here!

First, we are deeply humbled by yesterday’s radio guest, John Clark, of AppleCheek Farm. AppleCheek is a multi-generational farm started by John’s father, and now passed to him. The farm is organic, and they raise pastured poultry, grass fed beef, raw milk, and even Emus! All this in Hyde Park Vermont! THIS SUNDAY, March 28th ~ We have Dean Sparks of Organic New York Milk on the Renegade Farmer Radio Show. As you may or may not know, the dairy industry in this country is in dire straits, thanks to a low profit return rate for each gallon of milk sold, and increasingly difficult policies mandated by the USDA.  Dean, however, is working on jumping these hurdles, managing to pool the milk from his dairy with that of several other upstate New York farmers, creating delicious, organic dairy products known as Organic New York Milk. Join us to hear about Dean’s plan for success, and how you can implement his inspiration and strategy into your farm business (or any business).

In other news–we will be revamping the website a bit, tweeking it so it becomes more user friendly (hopefully!)…I will also be adding a paypal button so that if you’d like to support our efforts, you can help offset some of our costs.
